Our salesman Bob, was excellent. He is very personable and knowledgeable of your cars. He had all kind of patients with us when things didn’t fall into place as we had planned.

The tie-rod end was replaced and the car was aligned, so that's good. It handles just fine after the repair. I had considered doing this myself since it's a relatively simple repair, but I would have had to get a four-wheel alignment afterwards anyway, so opted to have the dealership do the work. Estimates for this repair on a 2015 Impala Limited was around $200. My cost was $344. The dealership charged $115 for the tie-rod end, part ES3454. RockAuto is where I usually get parts from and the price for this part was either by Quick Steer for $4.92 or Moog for $15.27 and that's quite a bit less than the price I was charged. I know the dealer has to make a profit but that seems to be quite extreme so I'm not that happy about what I paid. Both the equivalent parts from ACDelco and GM Genuine were different part numbers so I don't think I got a GM part.

My 2020 Bolt all of a sudden is not charging as it was for a year and a half. I've done nothing different . I brought it in and was told everything is alright . That doesn't really reassure me. Am I to expect that the 175 miles top end will stay as it has become ? Might it drop further? Why has it dropped ? What's going on ? I am all questions with no answers . I'd appreciate some relevant information. Thank you.

I knew what I was looking for before I walked in. I was met by Bob Rickard. I told him what I wanted. He went through everything answered questions. No pressure sales tactics which I liked. I bought my last car at Midway, I had all the service done there. I've been happy with the service department and personnel in there. Love the new car! Thank you.

I had an issue that was under a recall and they took care of everything for me all at once. I came early to my appointment and it was finished very promptly.

Sheila helped us with everything we needed in regards to the car, getting the car and communication around financing. The financing wasn't the best experience. We have bought several GM vehicles in the past and never had an issue with financing. We wanted to put a 5k down payment and we always use our GM credit card for this, we were limited to 3k and used my debit card to pay the rest. With that said, my debit card was charged twice for 1500.00, total 3k. Thankfully I have the funds to cover it, however, at the time of this survey it is still not in my account and hoping it won't be overdrawn in the next few days. Sheila has told me it's on its way back to my account, just not sure when? It's very frustrating that different GM dealers have different rules about deposits. If we would have been able to use the card as we thought, we would not have an issue with my bank account right now. Very frustrating!! Also, we were expecting another $400.00 off as we choose GM financing and did not get that. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have choose my CU with a better rate!! Very frustrating and didn't find out until we were at financing and signing on Friday night.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. There is never an issue completing these services. However, not much inspection is being completed on a regular basis on the rest of the car. I take my car to the dealership because they are the experts and I expect inspections to be made on other components based on mileage.

Work was done quickly and so far, no issues. I was not told about a 3% service charge on a credit card use before showing up to pay. I was also apparently supposed to fill my tank up after and that was only relayed to me after calling the next morning after my check engine light came back on. Thankfully you have someone that works there like Bobbi. If it wasn’t for her being so pleasant over the phone I probably would have turned into a raging a-hole. I take my truck to a certified dealer for professionalism and reliability. So far, no professionalism. Time will tell about reliability. Will not be taking my vehicle back to a dealership for work.

Usually, we are taken care of very quickly. This time our car was put off to the side and not worked on right away. It took almost 45 minutes for an oil change. It appeared the employees were new and were not very professional. Very unhappy to spend so much wasted time for a 10 minute job.

Bob did a great job helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. While it wasn’t in stock at that dealership, he was able to find it at another one and got me exactly what I wanted. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. I especially appreciate the fact that he is not a pressure type salesman. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a vehicle. Give the guy a raise.

1.I waited in your waiting room 1 1/2 hours for an oil change .I had asked if they could give me a clue as to why my 2021 Equinox was making a funny noise...knowing I had to make another appoint to get that fixed...2. they presented me with a bill for 150.00 + I asked the cashier to check that! she said Oh! that's not right!. only oil change was done. I paid my bill, cashier sent me back out to .the garage.3.the "most" unbusines like girl I ever met, was running the service department. twirling her hair not meeting my eyes. going um ,um, l asked if the mechanic had said anything about my noise...she said we do not have "any" certified mechanics here,. You have to make another appointment! Do you really think I want to deal with these people who can't add., cant give a strait answer..

Excellent customer service. Shelia Jones had all things in place when we came in to purchase vehicle. Took vehicle for a test drive the day before. Alway ask for Shelia as she very friendly and is well informed. Can answer all questions and concerns. Can stop by anytime and she will assist us if we have forgotten any details or cannot figure out from manual what to do. Goes thru information on screen and helps us set up everything we want before we left.

It was pretty good. I had two items that need to be fixed that are under warranty. Only one was repaired the other needed to be rescheduled due to it was not scheduled
