Friendly people and quick service

Nice pleasant staff. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, and answered all my questions. The only reason i didn't give them a five star rating. Was someone over looked resetting the "oil life" monitor after my oil change. Not a biggie for me. I will defiantly use their services again !!! Phil G.

Oil change and tire rotation were great. However the vibration noise was not taken seriously. We were told the tech said it was a pair or sunglasses rattling. That is a rattle not a vibration. The car is going back in Tuesday July 1.

I have used other Chevrolet service centers and have chosen to always use Midway. The people there are so friendly and they work hard to help you know what they diagnose. They are customer focused.

I talked to the mechanic when the car was done with the oil change and brought up an issue with the air conditioning and asked if they could look into it. He said it’s probably just a nest. That was the end of the conversation. My dad is fixing the air conditioning now.

Very kind soft spoken. Asked for old parts to be placed in car was forgotten, oil life was reset though I only had knock sensor replaced along with ECM, and I paid for a paint oem that I got a call latter on saying to come pick it up because someone placed it back on part counter.

Everything went great and we were very pleased.

Took my car in for repair at 9am was told that it would be a couple hours, by 6pm I still hadn't heard back so I called them and the car wasn't done. I picked it up because I had to work the next morning and my car is now loud and I smell exhaust inside the car so I don't know if they started it and didn't finish it or what happened but now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired correctly.

Oil change and repacement if two sensors. In the end after returning the next day all was well but when I left the first day I had check engine light on and no sticker for wind shield for bext oil change visit. This first time I didn't give an excellent rating.

We have been Midway customers for years -- 10+ cars/trucks purchased over that time. Our most recent purchase continued that pattern. Service support from Matt & Scott was wonderful - as always. Sheila - our sales person - was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. She helped guide us to the perfect car for us. Another great experience for us.

The tie-rod end was replaced and the car was aligned, so that's good. It handles just fine after the repair. I had considered doing this myself since it's a relatively simple repair, but I would have had to get a four-wheel alignment afterwards anyway, so opted to have the dealership do the work. Estimates for this repair on a 2015 Impala Limited was around $200. My cost was $344. The dealership charged $115 for the tie-rod end, part ES3454. RockAuto is where I usually get parts from and the price for this part was either by Quick Steer for $4.92 or Moog for $15.27 and that's quite a bit less than the price I was charged. I know the dealer has to make a profit but that seems to be quite extreme so I'm not that happy about what I paid. Both the equivalent parts from ACDelco and GM Genuine were different part numbers so I don't think I got a GM part.

Best service a person could expect. As far as I'm concerned Midway Chevrolet is the only dealership that exists.

Upon leaving, I noticed a message on my speedo screen stating "Service tire monitor system" I returned to Midway and was told that the cost would be around $100+ and was lead to believe it wasn't pertinent to the safe operation of my vehicle so I opted to not have it done right now. However, I wish I didnt have to push the check mark every time I start my car to get rid of the message. I will probably schedule it in Kalamazoo cause that's where bought my new tires. Just sayin. I like the folks at Midway - friendly and courteous.

Bob did a great job helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. While it wasn’t in stock at that dealership, he was able to find it at another one and got me exactly what I wanted. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. I especially appreciate the fact that he is not a pressure type salesman. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a vehicle. My 2020 Bolt all of a sudden is not charging as it was for a year and a half. I've done nothing different . I brought it in and was told everything is alright . That doesn't really reassure me. Am I to expect that the 175 miles top end will stay as it has become ? Might it drop further? Why has it dropped ? What's going on ? I am all questions with no answers . I'd appreciate some relevant information. Thank you.
