Everything went well, all my requests were taken care of in a timely manner. I was able to use a coupon for part of the repair witch I really appreciate.

Friendly, have not had a bad experience all good .

Took my car in for repair at 9am was told that it would be a couple hours, by 6pm I still hadn't heard back so I called them and the car wasn't done. I picked it up because I had to work the next morning and my car is now loud and I smell exhaust inside the car so I don't know if they started it and didn't finish it or what happened but now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired correctly.

Upon leaving, I noticed a message on my speedo screen stating "Service tire monitor system" I returned to Midway and was told that the cost would be around $100+ and was lead to believe it wasn't pertinent to the safe operation of my vehicle so I opted to not have it done right now. However, I wish I didnt have to push the check mark every time I start my car to get rid of the message. I will probably schedule it in Kalamazoo cause that's where bought my new tires. Just sayin. I like the folks at Midway - friendly and courteous.

Oil change and repacement if two sensors. In the end after returning the next day all was well but when I left the first day I had check engine light on and no sticker for wind shield for bext oil change visit. This first time I didn't give an excellent rating.

Very kind soft spoken. Asked for old parts to be placed in car was forgotten, oil life was reset though I only had knock sensor replaced along with ECM, and I paid for a paint oem that I got a call latter on saying to come pick it up because someone placed it back on part counter.

The tie-rod end was replaced and the car was aligned, so that's good. It handles just fine after the repair. I had considered doing this myself since it's a relatively simple repair, but I would have had to get a four-wheel alignment afterwards anyway, so opted to have the dealership do the work. Estimates for this repair on a 2015 Impala Limited was around $200. My cost was $344. The dealership charged $115 for the tie-rod end, part ES3454. RockAuto is where I usually get parts from and the price for this part was either by Quick Steer for $4.92 or Moog for $15.27 and that's quite a bit less than the price I was charged. I know the dealer has to make a profit but that seems to be quite extreme so I'm not that happy about what I paid. Both the equivalent parts from ACDelco and GM Genuine were different part numbers so I don't think I got a GM part.

My 2020 Bolt all of a sudden is not charging as it was for a year and a half. I've done nothing different . I brought it in and was told everything is alright . That doesn't really reassure me. Am I to expect that the 175 miles top end will stay as it has become ? Might it drop further? Why has it dropped ? What's going on ? I am all questions with no answers . I'd appreciate some relevant information. Thank you.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. There is never an issue completing these services. However, not much inspection is being completed on a regular basis on the rest of the car. I take my car to the dealership because they are the experts and I expect inspections to be made on other components based on mileage.

I had an issue that was under a recall and they took care of everything for me all at once. I came early to my appointment and it was finished very promptly.

Sheila helped us with everything we needed in regards to the car, getting the car and communication around financing. The financing wasn't the best experience. We have bought several GM vehicles in the past and never had an issue with financing. We wanted to put a 5k down payment and we always use our GM credit card for this, we were limited to 3k and used my debit card to pay the rest. With that said, my debit card was charged twice for 1500.00, total 3k. Thankfully I have the funds to cover it, however, at the time of this survey it is still not in my account and hoping it won't be overdrawn in the next few days. Sheila has told me it's on its way back to my account, just not sure when? It's very frustrating that different GM dealers have different rules about deposits. If we would have been able to use the card as we thought, we would not have an issue with my bank account right now. Very frustrating!! Also, we were expecting another $400.00 off as we choose GM financing and did not get that. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have choose my CU with a better rate!! Very frustrating and didn't find out until we were at financing and signing on Friday night.
